Alumina ceramic furnace plug
This insulation product is specifically used for isolating heating and non heating areas in tubular furnaces or other equipment that require insulation. Each pipe typically uses 2-4 pieces. This product is carved from high-temperature refractory material and can withstand 1700 ºC ,at a constant temperature of 1600 ºC.
This fire-resistant insulation plug is produced according to the American ASTM standard. With a large number of uniformly distributed small closed pores inside, it can achieve higher temperature load strength and good thermal conductivity while ensuring bulk density. It has important characteristics such as low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, low impurities, and high strength.
